CCA Administrator / Head of School
The current School Administrator will be retiring at the end of the 2024/2025 school year, and the CCA School Board is accepting applications for her replacement.
The Administrator at Calvary Christian Academy is a dynamic leader responsible for fostering a Christ-centered, academically rigorous learning environment. This role involves guiding faculty, staff, and students while ensuring operational excellence, spiritual leadership, and effective communication with parents and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of school operations, including academics, staff management, and facilities.
Serve as the spiritual leader of the faculty, staff, and student body, cultivating a Christ-centered environment.
Provide instructional leadership, guiding curriculum development and faculty training.
Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring accountability and professional growth.
Build positive relationships with parents, donors, and the wider community to support the school’s mission.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in educational leadership or administration.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A demonstrated commitment to Christian values and a thorough understanding of Christian education principles.
